While we use industry-leading treatments, some stains are permanent and may remain faintly visible; we do, however, guarantee the area will be fully cleaned and sanitised.
Prices
One flat £75 call-out & setup* covers van arrival and machine prep. From there, you only pay for the exact area, seat or stain we treat as per the below rates – no hidden “extras”.
1. Hot-Water Extraction Carpet Cleaning: £0.26 per square foot or £2.8 per square metre
2. Low-Moisture Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning: £0.21 per square foot or £2.3 per square metre
3. Hot-Water Extraction Upholstery Cleaning: £15.2 per seat
4. Low-Moisture Hand-Tool Upholstery Cleaning: £13.5 per seat
5. COT Bed Mattress: £14.6 per mattress
6. Single Mattress: £15.9 per mattress
7. Double Mattress: £17.4 per mattress
8. Queen Mattress: £18.5 per mattress
9. Emperor Mattress: £19.9 per mattress
Add-on Services
10. Carpet Cleaning - Spot & Stain Removal: £13.6 per stain (up to 20 cm / 8 inch in diameter)**
11. Upholstery Cleaning - Spot & Stain Removal: £13.9 per stain (up to 20 cm / 8 inch in diameter)**
12. Fibre Protection: £0.05 per square foot or £0.5 per square metre
13. Pet-Urine Detection & Removal: £21.8 per stain (up to 20 cm / 8 inch in diameter)
Note that we only charge for the area cleaned rather than total surface area of the space.
*For jobs lasting more than one day, a £75 call-out and set-up fee will be charged for each day on site.
**Every routine clean already tackles the everyday spills and light marks you’d expect – those are covered in our per-squared-metre / per-seat rates. We only add an extra charge when a stain is classed as “challenging” such as permanent-ink, paint or nail-varnish spills, old tannin or rust spots that need specialist chemistry or extra dwell time.
Pricing Examples
Example 1: One standard room 3 metres (9.8 feet) by 3 metres (9.8 feet) (= 9 square metres or 96 square feet) would cost £99.8 i.e.

Example 2: Two standard rooms each 3 metres by 3 metres (= 18 square metres or 194 feet in total) would cost £124.7 i.e.

18 square metres multiplied by £2.8 per square metre for carpet cleaning (or 194 square feet multiplied by £0.26 per square foot)
Example 3: Semi-detached 3-bed home with a living room, two bedrooms, hallway totaling 80 square metres (or 861 square feet) plus one four-seater sofa would cost £359.8 i.e.

80 square metres multiplied by £2.8 per square metre for carpet cleaning (or 861 square feet multiplied by £0.26 per square foot)

4 seats multiplied by £15.2 per seat for the sofa cleaning
